Hello everyone. Found this site a couple weeks ago when researching smokers. Ended up with a MES 30 2.5 due to that QVC deal going on. Figured it wouldn't be a bad place to start.

I'm currently living in northern California. I've got about a pinky'so worth of experience so I'm excited to start experimenting and learning how to cook some wonderful tasting meat.
