    Hi I'm Terry and I live in Southeast Georgia. I have always wanted to try smoking and was given a used Brinkman Electric Smoke'n Grill. I'm trying it today cooking a pork loin using recipes that I saw online. Would love to get some recipes from professionals like yourselves and look forward to learning how to do this right!

    Hello and welcome here. The  guys that really know this stuff will I'm sure be along shortly.

    In the meantime go up top on here and punch the little magnifying glass that is the search.

    Type in "bear steps" that will get you a step by step recipe for just about anything you want to try.

    I've tried a lot of them and they are a great place to start.
