My name is Chris and I have been smoking for 18 months. I just love BBQ so the next step was smoking and I am hooked. I have smoke a variety of meats and even smoke casseroles. I am currently testing out smoking flat breads which have had a favourable response from my tasters. In the past 7 months I have started making home sausages and a friend of mine sent me the link to this website as reference to how to smoke sausages.
