Hello my name is Hershel Bohannon.  Im from a small town in middle Tennessee. I have 0 smoking experience. Recently i went to an auction and bought an electric smoker and a small stand up smoker. I wanted to try the electric smoker first and realized it is missing the side load the smoker is a bradley. i was wondering if it is still usable without the side load.
