    Just joined SMF and will surely have lots of questions.  I am a public school teacher in Kansas and have recently started getting interested in smoking meat.  I have a Treager pellet grill I use currently, but I am finding it is not big enough to do summer sausage and snack stick once deer season gets going.  I like to make 20 pounds of snack sticks and up to 30 pounds of summer sausage at a time.  I was looking to build my own smoker is what led me to this site.  I have posted some info under the Propane section of SMF here http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/238475/new-to-me-smoker  

    Hopefully with your help I can get this thing going in the near future.

    Welcome to SMF you will find you have come to the right place to receive information the guys here will be a great help. I don't know much about a smoke house but I have seen some in the making on this sight. Be patient and help will be here. Enjoy and just keep asking questions,
