Just want to introduce myself...I'm a retired guy who lives in the Arkansas river valley with my wife. I have in my yard, or deck, a hibachi a lodge grill, a home made brick pizza oven, a crappy offset stick burner, a modified Weber gasser, and a modified Big Poppa smoker.          I have been eating since before I can remember  . I enjoy cooking of all kinds.   Glad to be here. Almost forgot... I have a 22" "Discada"  on a propane cooker...Love it!

Welcome to SMF!

Lot's to see and learn here. Post some pics if yo can .

Welcome to the board! Having a choice of rigs is like having a choice of wrenches. I was running an offset this morning.

Watch, in many of the pictures posted here, the subject will be some rig in the center but behind it or next to it there may be several other rigs of different types. It can be funny once you notice it, like the other grills are photo-bombing.

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a not to hot day in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
