Hi guys, my name is Patrick. I live in central Mississippi. I have a BGE and have been cooking on it for around 5 years now. I actually stumbled across this forum looking for solutions to a problem I have when cooking ribs. My ribs have good flavor and are tender but I never get a great bark on them. Using the BGE (large) I usually end up stacking the ribs because I usually cook 3 racks when I do and space is limited. I've also never tried foil wrapping them. I didn't know if that was the problem and if there was a solution to positioning them. I have a rib rack and didn't know if it would affect how the ribs cooked if I cut them into halves so I could put them all in without having to stack them. Anyhow, I think this forum is a great idea and look forward to talking different topics with ya'll.
