Steve from CT here. Been someone that has taken pride in my grilling for most of my life but just got the smoking bug a couple months ago. I use a WSM 18". I've done ribs,pork belly,brisket, and pork butt so far. I am pleased to say that everything has come out really good so far. Doing my second brisket Sunday. Hoping for a home run! Actually posted some questions in the beef forum. :)
 
Steve, welcome to SMF!  Glad you're here and putting your 18" R2D2 through its paces.  Best of luck with the brisket, though patience works much better than luck.  Sounds like you're swinging for the fence so definitely expect a home run!

Ray....I totally put my 7 year old in there with no bottom and make him act like R2D2 when I first got it.   funny as hell!
