Steve from CT here. Been someone that has taken pride in my grilling for most of my life but just got the smoking bug a couple months ago. I use a WSM 18". I've done ribs,pork belly,brisket, and pork butt so far. I am pleased to say that everything has come out really good so far. Doing my second brisket Sunday. Hoping for a home run!
