New to this thread figured i would join after ending up at this site on many google searches. I use a propane indirect reverse flow bbq on my food truck and i couldnt be happier. I run oldthymebbq.com and i look foward to learning and sharing with a great community!

I got here by Google searches, too. At first this board seemed kind of intimidating with the level of investment and commitment of many members, lots of pros with Q food service experience. But I thought, the heck with it, I have smokers so I'm jumping in. So I did.

I'm having a blast with an offset stick burner and an old Weber kettle.
