Hello

I just wanted to say hello from Cleveland, Ohio. I'm very new to smoking. I was intrigued by the UDS and decided to build one. Just finished this week and will hopefully get to load it up with wings or ribs this weekend.

I'm looking to build a mini-wsm next so apapprently this is going to be some kind of addiction. Well at least the building is an addiction.

Lots of good info here and I hope to learn a lot.
