Hi Everyone!
Just wanted to introduce myself as a new member here. My name's Paul, and I live in the Boston area. I'm fairly new to the smoking game (Been doing it about 1.5 years now since my gf got me a smoker 2 christmases ago). I'm also a tenor sax player, and play in a couple of ska/reggae bands. My most proud work has been with a group called "Brunt of It". We've got a music video on youtube, and a bunch of our music is posted on there too, definitely feel free to check us out! On the more boring side, I slave away my weekdays at the office as an accountant, but am already looking forward to a summer full of weekend meat smoking adventures!
I use a Masterbuilt electric smoker, which is perfect because my apt complex doesn't allow any kind of gas/charcoal grill or smoker. Most of my smoking experience has been with pork butts, but I've also done a brisket in the past (Dried it out miserably, however. Definitely going to try to do it again this summer), as well as some veggies and ribs.
I'm looking forward to being a member here and offering any of the skills I've picked up, as well as learning a lot from the many meat smoking veterans there on these forums!
