Just looking at the treads to find out some thing about my Brinkman smoker. I am a retired auto worker and not that much for cooking but love my smoker. I bought the original black Brinkman and it didn't last very long so my wife working at the store got me the Stainless model and it has lasted about 15 years except for the fire pan. Just looking for parts here and maybe a few recipes. Thanks for having a place I can get info.
