  1. My name is Mike, I have wanted to get into smoking meat for some time. I just got a Master Built box smoker and I can't wait to use it. I live in Mountain Rest SC, about 7 miles from the Chattooga River and 3 miles to the Chauga. So I do a lot of fly fishing, so smoking trout is something I am looking forward to. I also like smoked meat, I turkey hunt and have been able to get one for the last two years. Hope to learn a lot from this site.........thanks, Mike

  3. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
