Hey Guys and Gals!

I have been looking at the forums for a while now just thought it was time to actually post and partake in all the fun.

First my name is Ty and I and from Eau Claire, WI. I am 27 years old and love the outdoors. Some of my favorite things to do is hunting and fishing. I spend a lot of time around grills as I sell them for a living. Mainly the Big Green Egg but also other grills like Fire Magic, Holland Grills, Phoenix Grills, and MHP. We sell other things like spas, pools, saunas, billiards and so on too.

I also host an event here at our family store every year called RibFest that well you probably guessed it, is a rib competition.

So grilling is no stranger to me. But the smoking portion is something that I really would like to learn more about. I recently bought a Bradley Smoker 6 Rack and have started to play with it.

I had a very successful year deer hunting and would like to start making my own sausage's and all sorts of fun stuff like that.

Anyway I look forward to sharing and hopefully learning a lot on this forum.

Will talk to you all soon.

Ty

By the way our store is called Swimrite Pools and Spas.
