Hello, all. New to the forum. I'm from Pennsylvania and new to smoking. I've been using a charcoal girl set up for indirect heat throughout the past 6 months and made some tasty food. I think it is time to get a real smoker and make a run at BBQ as a side business (do what you love, as they say). I've been looking at trailer models from Lang, Meadow Creek and Custom Pit. The more I read, the more I realize all I'm sure of is that I want a trailer with a smoker, warming box and grill. Any advice is welcomed and appreciated.
