Hello all my name is Andy I am from Seminole Oklahoma  I have been playin the game for a while now and love it I use an Oklahoma joes side box I also have a char broil commercial grill for those quickie dog and burger projects . I just tried cold smoking cheese for the first time yesterday it went quite well think I just developed a new habit still gonna keep up the meat habit though lol

I just bought a few pounds of cheese today.  Great cold smoking weather here this time of year.  No ice required yet.
