Hello Smokers,

BigAndy here in New Orleans, LA.  I joined these forums a few years ago and chose the handle "Gaga". This was before anybody ever heard of Lady Gaga.  Now that I'm back, I decided to pick a new name!

I really learned a lot from this forum when I had no idea what I was doing.  I bought a Brinkman and modified it from everybody's recommendations.  I made some great BBQ on that machine.  However, I recently bit the bullet and ordered a Lang 36.  Yeah, it ain't cheap, but I figure I'll have it forever.  It will also force me to step up my game.  See you around.
