I'm Dan,I have been BBQing for a while and now I am getting into Smoking. I have a brinkman gas/charcoal grill and a brinkman bullet smoker. I am in the process of making a BBQ area in my back yard and I plan on making a cinder block pit area along with the smoker and grills. I live in IL so I have to be careful eith the weather, and I work for the railroad so its hard to actually enjoy my backyard. I mad ribs first and they were horrible, I made pulled pork a month ago and it was good, and I tried ribs again yesterday and they were great.I make my own rubs and sauces, and my wife is now getting into it so its starting to become alot of fun. we just cant find peach wood.
