Hello from Blair, NE. My name is Anthony and I am new to the site. Here are a few things about myself. I have been smoking with a Bradley for the past 5 years or so and consider myslef to be in the hatchling stages of the smoking world. I have been in the process of collecting materials for larger, homemade, pull behind smoker with a rotisserie. I just started getting into making sauces and rubs and absolutely love it.

I am a safety professional during the day and a backyard mechnic by night. I love to watch sports, garden, hunt, and fish.

I am pumped to begin reading through some of the posts. Thanks fore reading.
