Anyway, let me start by saying: I've never done any smoking. ...EVER. That said, I've looked around the site for a few days and this looks like the place to start. I need to learn everything from the type of woods and smokers to the cuts of meat and recipes. I spent a day or two perusing the reverse flow thread for info, 'cause I've got a small rear-facing reverse-flow smoker build coming up this next week (already got the trailer and most of the steel) I've got a LOT to study up on before I incinerate my first few briskets.
