Hello everyone. My name is Rick aka tailkilla. I live in hollywood,fl. Just purchased a smoker about two weeks ago. I started with a cheap one at homedepot. Its the 39.99 brinksman charcoal smoker. Ive already smoked twice with the first smoke being a complete disaster and my second smoke was much much better than the first. I smoked wings and a whole chicken. Ive been learning alot in the last couple days. I didnt know that smoking was such an art. Ive received a bunch of good info and advice from member "Flash"  This weekend I will modify my smoker to work better. I will be adding some holes in the bottom of my coal can and also taking off the legs of my smoker and just placing it on blocks so its easier to reload on the coals. Also changing thermomiter. Any other advice would be appreciated.
