Hello, I'm Jimmy from San Angelo, TX. Very happy to have found this website. I have been grilling and smoking for years, but, still have much to learn!

I have a Perfect Flame 720-0335 (dual lid ) gas grill which was a 1st year wedding anniversery present from my wife this last October. I also have a Brinkmann Pitmaster Deluxe. I am currently looking for an electric smoker. Can't make up my mind between the Masterbuilt NWTF ( retail around $250 ) and the Cajun Electric Smoker from Academy ( $199 ). Would love some opinions on these two smokers.
