Im located in Bradenton, Fl. Moved here from Central NY. Have process venison and fish while in NY, but mostly smoking Ribs and Pork Butt here in Florida. Just purchased a # 8 grinder and have been experimenting making sausage. Still trying to get my head rapped around that. Have puck feed smoker and have been happy with that.
