    I found you all by googling my first issue. Mealy tongue feel. I'm using a Hobart 20 quart mixer with attachments. I think the culprit is the mix is not sticky enough. I'm getting better but still a slight mealy finish. After reading a lot if posts I think this is my issue. However also think the auger is not helping when I stuff. I ordered a new stuffer but any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
