Nice to meet ya Chris. You found the right place to enjoy a new pit. Becareful with those tenderloins, they are small without much natural fat. You might think about a bacon wrap or something that will help hold some moisture.
Folks here are pretty nice, the Guru's are total awesome sauce, they have PhD's in smokology. They may help you find your way around the search engine or to a specific tutorial you are looking for, maybe even point you to a person with superhuman abilities (you get a cape with those), in the area you are looking for. The search engine is full of info so try to be specific as to what you are looking to research.
Take notes! Get a notebook, journal, cardex, whatever you can dedicate to your smokes. Like a snipers kill book. Put in who what when were how and why of what you smoked. Add what you thought afterwards, what you'd change or want to research or ask about. You'll apprecaite that you did it.
And don't forget pictures. We all enjoy seeing your achievements because a picture is worth a gazillion texts. Besides you'll be surprized how they will inspires everyone to try new ideas.
Relax, smoke is about fun, if you think about work just sit down and wait till it passes.
Nice meeting you and look forward to all your good smokes.
