Let me start out saying I'm not real computer savvy, but will do the best I can. My name is Rick and I have been smoking for around 10 years.I live in Monee, IL.about 40 miles south of Chicago.  I'm in my mid 50's and sure wish I had found a site like this a long time ago. I love to hunt and fish and enjoy preparing dishes from the fields and waters. Looking forward too spending lots of time here and in the kitchen.
