Hello to all.  I really love this forum.  I come from a family of BBQ'ers who always prided ourselves on our BBQ. 

Recently I got into competition BBQ and realized how many of family trade secrets were simply not good enough.

I'm passionate about good BBQ, and I hope to learn a lot here.  Here are a couple of pics from my recent smoke.

I have some cool new UDS's I just seasoned last night, but I'll post pics of them in the UDS forum.
