I'm joining from Richmond, Tx after several months of using Jeff's recipes I receive in the weekly email. Our favorites so far: chicken wings, pulled pork and pork tenderloin. Using a MES analog (beginner version). Plan to get a digital version after I've had more experience and approval from my supervisor

Next week will try a roast with the A-MAZE-N pellet smoker.

Question: Is air flow adequate in the analog version for the pellet smoker or should I drill hole in bottom and top/side as discussed?

Welcome from SC. Glad to have you on the site. I don't know anything about your particular cooker, but there are lots of folks on here that use them. I'm sure someone will answer your question.

Good luck and keep on smokin', Joe
