Hi there,

I've been smoking about a year now, first on  a hand me down water smoker and then  on my own new WSM 18". I'm from Missouri/US. I'm looking forward to "meeting" everyone and sharing tips and ideas.

So far I've done:

- Corned beef

-Chicken wings

-Pulled pork

-Pulled chicken

-Baked potatoes

-Brats

- German potato salad

- Meatloaf

.... and some ribs when I had no idea what I was doing, put the smoker together wrong, and turned them into hockey pucks.

I'm looking forward to trying ribs again, amongst other things.
