I live along the Texas Coast between Houston and Galveston!

I am new to using a forum to discuss a topic!

I own a Master Built 30" Electric smoker, a Weber Kettle and a Propane Grill!

I like cooking outside and the Texas Coast offers great weather to do this most of the time.

Looking forward to learning new tips and tricks!
