Hello all! I'm from Texas. I work in the oilfield for Halliburton as a Completion and Service Tool Specialist. I am happily married with 4 children( all girls ). I recently bought a Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker. Just getting used to it. Found this awesome site while doing searches for this and that. So, I decided to join y'all and learn what I can and share if I can. Thanks for having me!
