Hello everyone. I'm from the thumb area of Michigan and been smoking a couple years now. Lots of great information on this site so I had to join. Kids got me a MES 30 for Christmas and I love it. Even at near zero temps it holds temp very well. I added a "mailbox smoker" to it for better smoke at low temps. Works great. Got the ideas on this site.
