Finally decided to sign up instead of just read through forums. I've been making bbq sauce and smoking since I was 15 (29) now since the first time I smoked my first rack of ribs I fell in love with it. I started with a brinkmann bullet smoker then went to cheaper offsets then bought a pellet pooper and I'm now looking into a yoder. I'll keep the pellet pooper for my wife because she doesn't like strong smoke flavor if any I need a stick burner for my taste the real rich flavor well nice to become a part of the bbq family
