Hey all! Darin from MO here. Long time smoker, first time forum-er...
OK Joes Longhorn with a diffuser and home made charcoal basket. Love putting any kind of meat in the smoker. Wild game to custom cuts to whatever is leftover at the local meat counter. Looking forward to the open exchange of wild assed ideas with all the smokers here!!!!
