Hi, my name is Duane Lamb, I am from Texas but have lived in Las Vegas now for 20 years.
I have been smoking for years, cigars as well as briskets, sometimes at the same time.
I love smoking anything, but especially brisket, pork butt, salmon, pork and lamb ribs.
I am new to being a member, but have been checking out the site for years. You guys are awesome!
I have been making the baked beans that I got off this site now for about 6 years.
I share this recipe almost every time I make it, so if you are new to the website, check this out.

I have a WSM and my new acquisition is a RecTec pellet grill.
Have had it for a month now, and I have to say I love it.
No more staying up all night feeding charcoal to the WSM, which makes it so much easier I will be doing long cooks much more often now.
