Hello everyone! I've been smoking...mainly jerky for several years. Finally jumped on what I thought was a great black Friday deal from Gander Mountain on the MES30. My AMNPS and Maverick 732 should be here this week! Seasoned the MES yesterday and I'm looking forward to cold smoking some cheese this week. I've been lurking on this forum for a few weeks and look forward to sharing what I can. I've already learned a great deal!
