Hello SMF, thank you for the wealth of knowledge!  My name is Dan and I live in Gainesville, Va.  I'm new to smoking, but have enjoyed smoked foods for as long as I can remember.  I have to say that this is one of the best forums that I have come across.  In this short time I have learned so much.  I'm happy to see the amount of support new smokers receive from the "master smokers".  I look forward to many years of full belly's and "meat drunk" afternoons.

Today, I'll be receiving my first AMNS in the mail.  Looking forward to smoking some cheese in the stockinettes(Thanks Pops) this weekend.  If all goes well, I'm eager to snaps some photos for the April TD!  As always, happy smoking!
