Hello all. Been lurking for a while now. Figured I should login and say hello. I live in North Central WA State and enjoy BBQ and smoking meats. My grandfather made sausage for a living until he retired. After he and my dad passed away, I've been making sausage as a hobby and keeping the family legacy going. I also use the smoker for salmon, ribs and pulled pork. Looking forward to trying some bacon someday when I can find bellies at a decent price. Hope to learn from the experts here and will give any advice I can.
