Hi all, my name is Jarred.
I live in Regina. Saskatchewan Canada. I don't currently have a smoker or BBQ. But am looking at purchasing a masterbuilt pro dual fuel smoker. Read some reviews and looks to be a decent starter smoker..On its maiden voyage plan to do a pork shoulder picnic roast and some back ribs. I have smoked ribs and chicken in the past on a propane BBQ. Always was pleased with the end results. No specifics sauces or rubs in mind, like the idea of experimenting ..Also like to add current temp here is -18C/0F, so will be a challenge to keep temp up..but cold has never stopped me from going outside.. Ps in all my projects good and bad plan to share qview...
