Hello everyone ,

My name is John and I am rookie at smoking. I just purchased an old fridge for cheep and want to make a smoker out of it. The group of guys I deer hunt with have been doing our own processing for about five years now. My uncle usually does the smoking and I am intrigued on the process and want to do my own. I have read almost all the post in the forum relating to the type I wanna build and am very excited to get to work on it.

Thank you for sharing you expertise,

John
