I looked around the site and I am amazed at some of the smokers!
My name is Derek I live just out side of Douglas AZ I am just starting to smoke useing a Brinkmen smokin-pit. Years ago I had a friend who smoked meat and made jerky I mostly cut wood and ate
so I did not learn much. I smoked a Pork loin last weekend and it came out very well.If you like a very heavy smoke taste i think it would be more than most taste would run but I enjoyed it. I forgot how much I liked the smoke taste! I very much look foward to ideas and recipes on this site.
Oh and I will never live long enough to run out of misqute my family owns two ranchs in AZ about 34 sections about 21000 acres.If any one needs misqute let me know I have more han I need.
