I looked around the site and I am amazed at some of the smokers!
My name is Derek I live just out side of Douglas AZ I am just starting to smoke useing a Brinkmen smokin-pit. Years ago I had a friend who smoked meat and made jerky I mostly cut wood and ate [IMG] so I did not learn much. I smoked a Pork loin last weekend and it came out very well.If you like a very heavy smoke taste i think it would be more than most taste would run but I enjoyed it. I forgot how much I liked the smoke taste! I very much look foward to ideas and recipes on this site.
Oh and I will never live long enough to run out of misqute my family owns two ranchs in AZ about 34 sections about 21000 acres. If any one needs misqute let me know I have more han I need.
    Best Regards, Derek
