Hello - New Member Colorado

Hello to all the SMF members. I have been hanging out on this site for about a week since I first found it. Looking at all the pictures and ideas from everyone.
I have been smoking for about a year with a BDS and and my main focus has been sausage - mainly summer sausages. One of my favorites is a jalapeno cheddar.
The Fatties and ABT's on here have really peaked my interest. I will be doing a phattie this weekend to see how it goes. I have already gleaned alot of info from all of you - Thanks.
As soon as I get the hang of the pic upload I will post some.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I just tried a Fattie and a few ABT's last night and will see if I can get some pic's uploaded. (Thanks for the link Billbo) Also, doing some summer sausage today.

Bassman: I'm from Arvada - just west of Denver near Golden which is pretty handy since I'm only about 5 min. north of the Coors brewery...I must go on about 10 -20 tours a year.
