I've just picked up a Bradley smoker off Craigslist, so now I'm trying to learn how to use it! My brother said the day I bought my Bradley will be remembered as the best day if my life so this smoking thing must be good.

So far I've managed to mess up a rack of pork ribs, and did pretty ok on a chicken breast. Right now I have an elk roast in so we'll see how that goes. If I can figure out how, I'll make a thread on the elk roast.

Thanks for the tips I've stolen off the forum!

tbeckstead , hello and welcome to the Neighborhood , we hope you become a Neighbor too .

Learn your Smoker before you ruin more good stuff , Practice with inexpen$ive meat . Play with Chickens and after the T-Day thing , Turkeys will be on sale, so get your playing done and graduate to Pork Butt before you try

anything else. This will also re-Season the Smoker.

Have fun and . . .
