I'm from the high desert of California. I have been smoking for years. My first smoker was on a trailer with a burn box on the side was able to smoke 300 lbs at a time. No need for that anymore so I purchased a MES 30. I've been loving every minute of it. Have only had it about a month now and have done approximately 30 lbs brisket, 14 lb turkey, 40 lbs of Boston butt, and misc seafood
