A little about me... I live in Washington State. I am new to smoking. My dad has been at it for about 10+ years so I have been picking his brain. He is not so much into computers so all of his advice comes from trial and error. And don't get me wrong it has lead me to making some decent meals. But I'm here to expand my pool of trial and error stories. I use a GMG Daniel Boone. I like the smoker so far. I will say I am having some trouble with a hot side. The right hand side of my grill runs hot. I am still trying to work that out. Any advice is appreciated. Any way that's a little about me, look forward to getting meat on the smoker and trying new things.
