Hi everyone! My name is Ryan, 32, from California. I'm currently using a traeger pellet smoker. Used to use a vertical propane smoker. I love to smoke pretty much anything. My favorites are brisket and my famous sweet potatoes.

Hey Ryan, hello and welcome from East Texas, How do you do your sweet potatoes

Gary S

Hi Gary!! East texas huh? My girlfriend is from Angleton! I slice them to about 1/4in thick slices and coat them with a mixture of honey and brown sugar. So good! They get a nice glaze. I cook them at about 400 for about 30 min or whenever they are nice and tender.

I'll try that next time    Thanks
