New to the forum, stumbled this way via reddit. I'm originally from Louisiana, but I've traveled around and I'm currently in Pensacola, FL. I try to grill and smoke as much as possible. I smoke a ton of meat, everything from stuffed chickens to boudin, brisket, rabbit, stuffed peppers, shrimp, fish, well I think you get the idea. I just learned that I could smoke cheese at home! Why had I not thought of that previously?! Looking forward to much more food porn, advice, recipes, and knowledge about the wonderful world of smoking! Thanks for everyone that's posted here!
