I am not really new to smoking, but new to this forum. I live outside Burns, WY; about 25 miles East of Cheyenne. I started smoking in a lil chief several years ago. I now have a Brinkman Pitmaster that is just great. I enjoy smoking all kinds of meat. My family begs me to do some smoking when they visit. I have been experimenting with different rubs and mops. I would appreciate any suggestions all of you have to offer. I have been kicking around the idea of building a real smoke house also. Being retired I find I have a lot of time on my hands and need to do something with it. Thanks again for this forum, and I look forward to any info you may wish to share. Steve
