My name is Gus and I am retired and living in Woodstock Va. with my wife.  I have a gas smoker from Cabelas’s that I purchased several years ago.  I would say that I have been making Beef & Deer jerky for over 10 years for my self and others and now that I am retired I would like to try my hand at smoking  fish, beef or deer for dinner.  I found your forum when looking for a suitable recipe for brisket.  My hobbies are cooking, golf, target shooting and working on Jaguars. As a former moderator of another forum I understand the rules and hope to play well.
