First of thank you for letting me join. Pretty new to smoking meat. I'd bought my first MPS last week and smoke a chicken and to loins on it so far. They turned out great thank to everyone helpful knowledge in these forums... thank you. The stuff I've Learned reading this weekend man I can hardly wait to try them on something next week. Maybe I'll even call out sick to experiment. Lol again thank all for sharing your talents, you secrets and I hope I can do the same for every one on here one day
