First of thank you for letting me join. Pretty new to smoking meat. I'd bought my first MPS last week and smoke a chicken and to loins on it so far. They turned out great thank to everyone helpful knowledge in these forums... thank you. The stuff I've Learned reading this weekend man I can hardly wait to try them on something next week.
